To quote a well known festive tune -’the weather outside is frightful but the fire is so delightful’ – and we do hope that those of you that sowed or planted Chard, Pak Choi and winter salads back in September and October were able to harvest something before the cold weather arrived! Here at One Pot Pledge HQ we’ve bought our Chard and Pak Choi in from the cold and fingers crossed we’ll still be getting fresh leaves into the new year.
